Settled into my penthouse, I was greeted by a delightful fireplace and a comfy bed. The quiet surroundings made my work feel productive and satisfying.

Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the TV options were limited and housekeeping seemed to play with my thermostat occasionally.

The room was pretty rough. There was this weird smell that didn’t feel right, and the bed was basically a Murphy bed—not what I expected. Plus, there were stains on the carpet. I needed the wifi to work, but it was a hassle because no one answered the phone for the password. The bathroom didn’t feel clean, and let’s not even talk about the missed smoke alarm. Not a great vibe at all.

The stairway leading to our room needed repairs, and the dirtiness of the living room chair was off-putting. While the bed was acceptable, my husband complained of back pain upon waking. Considering the lack of security and overall cleanliness, opting for a higher-priced hotel seems like the better choice in the future.
